Fee Schedule

Below is a list of the various types of work that Fox Run can do for your organization and the fees with which they are associated. This list is not comprehensive however, so it is important that you contact Fox Run to schedule a time when we can sit down and discuss what solutions are best for you and your organization. Please note that all hourly work is billed at a minimum of 1/3 of an hour per event.

Consulting Fees

Consultation - $60.00/hour
Consulting services are billed when Fox Run develops or suggests solutions that are not noted otherwise on the price sheet.

Training Fees

Content Development - $35.00/hour
Fox Run can develop web-based or computer-based training for your organization that you can implement whenever and however you want. Fox Run will develop interactive demonstrations and simulations that can be distrubted on CD-ROM or your organization's Intranet.

On-Site Training - $35.00/hour
Fox Run can come to your location and train your people on the software and processes they need to contribute to your organization.

Web Design Fees

Custom Web Pages - $90.00/page
Custom pages are those which require uncommon components; nested tables, animation, complex layouts etc. Most often a site is developed using both custom and basic pages. We bill a custom page fee for those pages requiring greater effort and for every primary gateway.

Basic Web Pages - $60.00/page
Many secondary pages, and those which require less coding, are billed at a lower Basic Page Rate. Once the setup and initial layout and design are done, why should you pay a higher rate to simply plug in context?

Image Scans - $5.00/each
Includes minimal retouch as needed

Document Scans - $15.00/each
Occasionally digital copies of content cannot be made available so we will need to scan your documents and use OCR software to put it into the format we can use.

Site Maintenance - $50.00/hour
Changes made to existing sites. Discounted rates of $30.00 an hour apply to sites originally developed by Fox Run.

PDF File Development - $15.00/page
Pages developed for Adobe® Acrobat Reader

Web Site Evaluation - $150.00
Evaluation of your existing site (up to 20 pages) with a written page by page analysis.
